The short and sweet: This was my first AND last time going here! I only ordered two things off the menu, but if the fried rice isn't made the way I like it, you are not the chinese takeout place for me! Soooooo after working 9-5 and class from 6-9 on a Tuesday night, I didn't feel like cooking. And I figured I would try a new spot since it's just me and it was a weeknight! So I turned to my trusty Yelp app, and lo and behold this place came up. There weren't many reviews, but I still decided to give them a try anyways. I ordered beef fried rice and fried chicken wings. I consider those to be safe picks for any takeout chinese food place. I went in and placed my order, and about 15 minutes later I was out the door. They also included a free can drink with my meal, so I was thinking so far, so good! Nothing better than fast AND giving me something for FREE. lol So I got home, pulled out a plate and opened the food.... I was ready to SMASH. As I opened the fried rice container, I was thinking WHOA they packed so much rice in here!! Which usually is a good thing... however the rice was very very yellowish, like they hadn't changed the grease in ages. Ewwww. So I was instantly turned off. Not to mention the addition of peas and carrots (what is this vegetable fried rice?!), and the beef look shriveled up and unappetizing! I was hungry, but not hungrAAAy enough to eat funny colored fried rice! On the other hand, the bag of chicken wings were A-OK! Not much meat on the bone though, but good enough. So I ended up having to cook something to go with the chicken wings after all, and that did NOT make me a happy. *unfortunately no terminator voice this time* I WILL NOT BE BACK!!!

Best Chinese takeout around. Their crab rangoons are the best I've ever had from a takeout place, and their service is very fast and very friendly.

All I wanted was fried rice. A lot of vegetables and still no flavor. I won't be going back.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
